About the Founder

Deshnie Santana, MBA, is the founder of TitanFit Performance — a structured coaching system built on strategy, science, and sustainability.

 

After a successful corporate leadership career, a personal healthcare scare prompted her to deeply study metabolism, gut health, and long-term performance. She went on to earn multiple NASM certifications in personal training, nutrition, HIIT, medical weight loss, mindful eating, and training for adults over 40.

 

Today, she helps clients build strong, capable bodies through customized training, evidence-based nutrition, and disciplined accountability.
